Dodecahedron variation
The origami unit created by making the Compass-style unit from 1:3 paper rectangle (Compass-style-unit can be made with various proportion sized rectangles) and using the knowledge that 1:3 rectangle is likely to produce angles needed for dodecahedron (this idea is widely used in books of Tomoko Fuse, Meenakshi Mukerji and others). The analogs of Compass-style connections occured in works of Nick Robinson, Ernica Dray, Irina Reutskaya and many other designers.. I invented this variation 2013-09-14.
