This is the model designed by request. Valentina Minaeva asked me if it's possible to make 5-sided shells with closed back. This was the nice problem to solve. This problem resulted these shells. They're made of paper rectangles (around 1:2, this may vary) and can vary the proportions (5-sided one has more rules to follow and 4 sided can be varied easier). Valentina made the beautiful modular with 60 of pentagonal units.. I invented this variation 2015-03-03.
